Ok, I'm all caught up now with our pictures! I hope you enjoy the several posts I have created the last couple of days! We stay very busy and want to share as much of our lives with you as we can.
Curtis is doing well in school - he's looking forward to Thanksgiving Break next month to have a few days off from studying. We are looking forward to spending time with him during his break. Since we will not be able to head south for Thanksgiving we are planning a big dinner with several student families that will be here as well. We're excited about being able to spend the holiday with friends that have become a second family to us while we are so far away from ours!
I just began the 4th class towards my MBA this week and will be looking forward to my break from class over the Christmas break.
As you can tell from the posts that follow, Aubrey is growing so fast and learning so much. She can make lots of animals sounds (dog, cat, snake, bird, owl, duck, goose, cow, mouse) and she's learning more all the time. She also enjoys showing you her different body parts (eyes, nose, mouth, tongue, ears, tummy, knees, toes, elbows, head). It's hard to believe that she is already 16 1/2 months old - boy the time sure flies. We are having a blast and I am so blessed to be able to stay home (well, we're not really home that much) with her, being able to spend so much time with her has been awesome and I enjoy being able to watch her try and learn new things. She always has so much fun when we get together with our playgroup, she loves being with her friends and is so sweet with them.
Well, I guess that's about it for now - enjoy the pictures and hopefully it won't be so long next time!

ZooBoo
We got to go to the annual ZooBoo at the Erie Zoo this year. We went with our friends Dan, Melaura, and Madison. The kids get dressed up in their costumes and they get to go "trick or treating" in the zoo at different booths that are set up. The animals were quite active to, it was fun to see them play and entertain the kids!

Aubrey and Daddy had fun spending time together to!
Port Farms Take 2
We got to go to Port Farms Pumpkin Farm again before it closes for winter. It was quite a bit colder than the last time - but we still had fun. Aubrey enjoyed playing in the corn box!

This time we got to go on a hay ride that the kids got to pick their own pumpkin. Aubrey chose this one and enjoyed carrying it around - but she thought it was a ball so she would try to throw it!
Halloween Parties
We've already had a couple of Halloween parties and the kids just look so cute all dressed up. Aubrey is a dalmation puppy this year and she has fun "barking"! At a party we went to last night, we had Yoda, a turtle, a ladybug and a puppy. They were all so proud of their costumes!
Aubrey enjoyed coloring her pumpkin at the party to - she got a little on her as well!

At story time on Wednesday they had a Halloween party for the kids. At this one, there was a pig, a bumble bee, a clown and a puppy dog.
Chuck E Cheese
We got to go to Chuck E Cheese last week with our friends. Aubrey had so much fun. She got to meet Chuck E and boogy with him - then she gave him high five.
Aubrey enjoyed driving Stuart Little around!

Aubrey and Aunt Cindy were in a motorcycle race - it was very intense.

Aubrey loves sliding down slides and she had fun hanging out with Bob the Builder to!

The girls are looking forward to their school bus days - but us mommies aren't ready for that!
Silly Aubrey
Aubrey enjoys putting on a show and entertaining - she was playing with Aunt Cindy and making noises while on the webcam with Pop Pop and Mama Nise!
The puppies also like to cuddle with her when she is watching her shows - that's when she is still and doesn't try to chase them!

Here she is being a typical girl - talking on the phone while carrying her seasonal (Halloween) "purse"!

Aubrey and her friends
This is one of Aubrey's new friends Madison. Her daddy is a first year med student. They moved up here from Alabama, but her mommy is from Canada - so she's actually closer to her family now. Her mommy and I have gotten to be very good friends and we do lots of stuff with the girls. Aubrey and Madison have swim class together at the Y, they go to story time together at the Mall library and then play at McDonald's after. Madison is also going to be a big sister in January!

Here is Aubrey being silly - she figured out how to put one of her cups into a pitcher and drink out of it. It's so fun to watch her try things out and see what works and what doesn't!

This is Dailan - his daddy is in Curtis' class and his mommy and I are good friends to. He is also going to be a big brother in December! Aubrey and Dailan like watching Baby Einstein's together (and drinking their milk)!

Dailan had a birthday party last week (he turned 2) and he and Aubrey were the entertainment - they played the piano together and it was wonderful! :) They even sang a little to!
Bath time
Another zoo trip
One of the last "warm" days in Erie was spent at the zoo with our friends in our playgroup. We had a great turnout and the kids had a blast! Aubrey chose to sit with one of the frog statues - this picture is just for Mama Nise

The orangutans are so much fun to watch - there is a mama, daddy and baby that is about 2 years old. They love looking through the glass at the kids and the kids are just mesmerized by them.
Some more of our friends - resting while the kids play. We just love our playgroup!!!
