West Tennessee Safari

Just about 20 minutes from where my parents live is the West Tennessee Safari. This place has lots of animals out in the pasture that you can drive through and see and then they have an area that's kinda like a petting zoo, where you can feed the animals. We got to feed a giraffe some carrots, a pot-belly pig a bottle, and sheeps and goats their food. It was so much fun!!!

This albino macaw became my friend -we had a nice conversation where he said "pretty bird" and then asked me to "come here" so he could shake my hand!

Below are several pictures of the animals we got to see in the pasture - lots of different kinds of deer, antelope, emus, ostriches, llamas, bison - it was so amazing to see them so close.




This was an albino peacock - it was absolutely beautiful!
